Japan Culinary Arts Academy is an innovative school that collaborates with experienced instructors from the food industry to provide the best private lessons tailored for each student. We offer customized lessons designed to align with your personal goals and meet your individual needs.
In traditional schools, students are often assigned fixed instructors and may feel constrained to a specific curriculum. At our academy, we take the time to consult with you about your interests beforehand and create the most effective personalized lesson plans.
We have professional culinary interpreters to assist you throughout your program. While simply observing can be beneficial, using smooth and correct English will definitely enhance your understanding.
One of our specialties is training in Kabayaki (eel preparation). Mastering the processing of long fish is a valuable skill for sushi chefs in Japan and can significantly impact salary. We believe that Kabayaki will be the next significant trend in Washoku, following sushi and ramen. Our mission is to educate people about Kabayaki on an international scale.
