In traditional schools, students are often assigned fixed instructors and may feel constrained to a specific curriculum. At our academy, we take the time to consult with you about your interests beforehand and create the most effective personalized lesson plans.
We have professional culinary interpreters to assist you throughout your program.
While simply observing can be beneficial, using smooth and correct English will definitely enhance your understanding.

Our
Courses
We are one of the few culinary schools in Japan that offers Bronze Certification.
The main course that we offer is our Bronze Certification Chef Training Course.
We are one of the only culinary schools in Japan that offers this course with English interpreter. You will be able to learn from the basics and obtain the skills you need to level up your washoku skills.
One of our specialties is training in Kabayaki (eel preparation).
Mastering the processing of long fish is a valuable skill for sushi chefs in Japan and can significantly impact salary. We believe that Kabayaki will be the next significant trend in Washoku, following sushi and ramen. Our goal is to educate people about Kabayaki on an international scale.
